Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Snapsolve (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Snapsolve mobile applications, web application at aisnapsolve.com, Telegram bot (@AiSnapsolve_bot), email agent (agent@aisnapsolve.com), and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

AI Snapsolve is an AI-powered productivity platform that lets users solve math problems, generate written content, run and explain code, schedule tasks, and have general-purpose conversations with AI agents. The Service operates across multiple channels including iOS, Android, web, Telegram, and email.

The Service is powered by large language models (LLMs) and related AI infrastructure. AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. The Service is provided as a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important academic, financial, legal, or medical decisions.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@aisnapsolve.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization, share accounts, or use automated methods to create accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI Snapsolve offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans provide enhanced features including higher usage limits, priority processing, and access to premium AI capabilities.

In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to those platforms' billing terms. All billing, refunds, and subscription management for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not have access to your payment method for in-app purchases.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage cross-platform subscription entitlements. RevenueCat processes entitlement data to verify your subscription status across devices and platforms.

Renewal and Cancellation: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings or the account settings page on our website.

Refunds: Refund requests for web-based purchases should be directed to help@aisnapsolve.com within 14 days of purchase. In-app purchase refunds are governed by Apple or Google's refund policies.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content, including content that infringes intellectual property rights, constitutes harassment, or violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or for systematic data extraction without written permission.
• Submit prompts designed to cause the AI to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service for academic fraud, including submitting AI-generated work as your own where prohibited by your institution.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and report illegal activity to law enforcement without prior notice.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI Output.

AI Outputs may contain factual errors, mathematical mistakes, outdated information, or unintended biases. You should independently verify AI Outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.

AI Snapsolve does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or academic advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a professional-client relationship of any kind.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The AI Snapsolve name, logo, software, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to AI Snapsolve and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. For commercial use licenses, contact us at help@aisnapsolve.com.

If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at help@aisnapsolve.com with (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

You may close your account at any time by visiting your account settings or emailing help@aisnapsolve.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid subscription fees for the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) we determine suspension is necessary to protect other users or the integrity of the Service; or (d) you fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms survive termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI SNAPSOLVE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Snapsolve is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit with respect to any claims arising from these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
