Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Introduction

AI Snapsolve (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you when you use our iOS app, Android app, web application, Telegram bot (@AiSnapsolve_bot), email agent (agent@aisnapsolve.com), and related services (collectively, the “Service”), how we use that information, and the choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address, hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords), and optional profile information (display name, profile photo). If you sign in via Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier and, with your permission, your name and email address from those providers.

Usage Data: We automatically collect data about how you interact with the Service, including messages sent and received, features used, session duration, conversation IDs, and AI intent categories (e.g., math, code, writing). We do not sell this data.

Device and Technical Information: We collect device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address (truncated where possible), language preference, and timezone. This data helps us diagnose issues and improve performance.

Message Content: To provide the AI agent service, we process the text you send to the Service. On Telegram and email channels, this includes the message content you direct to the bot or agent address. We do not read communications that are not addressed to our Service.

Payment Information: We do not store your payment card details. Subscription transactions are processed by Apple, Google, or our payment processor. We receive confirmation of subscription status (active, expired, tier) via RevenueCat.

Telegram Account Data: If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram user ID, username (if public), and first name to link your Telegram identity with your AI Snapsolve account. We do not access your Telegram message history outside of messages sent to our bot.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including routing your messages to the appropriate AI agent.
  • Personalize your experience, including remembering conversation context within a session.
  • Verify subscription entitlements and enforce usage limits.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing notifications). We use SendGrid for email delivery.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve the Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your message content to train AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. Usage data may be used in anonymized and aggregated form to evaluate and improve system performance.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Your messages are transmitted to AI inference providers to generate responses. We currently use models from OpenAI (GPT-series) and Anthropic (Claude) depending on the task and your subscription tier. These providers process your input and return a response; they are contractually bound to data processing agreements that restrict them from using your inputs to train their models outside of applicable data processing agreements.

Code execution is powered by E2B (e2b.dev), a sandboxed code execution service. When you use the Code Runner feature, your code snippets are sent to E2B's isolated execution environments. Code is not stored by E2B beyond the execution session.

Conversation data may be temporarily cached on our backend (hosted on Vercel) to maintain context within a single session. Session data is purged according to our data retention schedule.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party service providers, solely as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database. Stores your account information, encrypted credentials, and user profile data. Data is stored in Supabase's managed PostgreSQL infrastructure.
  • OpenAI / Anthropic — AI inference. Your messages are processed by these providers to generate AI responses. Subject to their respective data processing agreements.
  • E2B — Sandboxed code execution. Code submitted via the Code Runner feature is executed in isolated E2B environments.
  • RevenueCat — Subscription management. RevenueCat receives your app store subscriber ID (not payment details) to verify and synchronize subscription entitlements across platforms.
  • SendGrid — Transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with SendGrid solely for delivering account-related communications.
  • Telegram — Bot messaging. When you use our Telegram bot, Telegram's own privacy policy and terms of service govern the transmission and storage of messages on their platform.
  • Vercel — Backend and web hosting infrastructure. Your requests are processed through Vercel's Edge Network.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are retained for up to 90 days to support context continuity and support requests, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot reasonably identify any individual may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at help@aisnapsolve.com. We will delete such information promptly upon verification.

Users between 13 and 18 years of age may use the Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. If we discover we have collected information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete that information as quickly as reasonably practicable.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. You can initiate this by deleting your account in Settings or by contacting help@aisnapsolve.com.
  • Export / Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your account data and conversation history. Submit requests to help@aisnapsolve.com.
  • Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Objection: Object to our processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interests as a legal basis.
  • Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise these rights, contact us at help@aisnapsolve.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including: TLS encryption for all data in transit; encryption at rest for sensitive database fields; hashed and salted password storage (we never store plaintext passwords); row-level security policies in our database; and access controls limiting which personnel can access production data.

Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

AI Snapsolve operates globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and third-party service providers are located.

Where we transfer data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

11. Cookies and Tracking

Our web application uses essential cookies for authentication session management (via Supabase). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may prevent you from logging in or using certain features of the web application.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy.

The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available at aisnapsolve.com/privacy.
